‘ Romantic Killer ’ Ending, Explained What happed To Riri And Kazuki? Will There Be A Season 2?

Japanese Otome Games have been dealing with the request for a long time now. They're also relatively popular as mobile games too. “ Romantic Killer, ” directed by Kazuya Ichikawa and penned by Wataru Momose, is one similar popular Otome game-type plot that has been the theme for a lot of ongoing mangas following the high success that the games have had. generally, the traditional archetypes of the characters in these stories are veritable-dimensional. There’s a heroine who's being asked by several other stereotypical good, bad, and quirky boys. They're discerned by their character traits and united by their love for the heroine. still, the trend has now shifted to quirky characters who are either integrated into the setting or just don’t want love but can not help falling in love with one of the manly characters. There is also the demesne of villains turned heroines who go through the same plot and are liked because they’re different. In “ My Next Life as a Villainess, ” the definitive villainess, Katarina Claes, would be an outstanding illustration of this villainess turned heroine's kidney. It’s a good read too. She’s enough unconscious and does whatever she wants.

My point is that this series, like numerous others of its kidney supporting a quirky, enigmatic heroine, has been a hit with the followership, and I go a lot of the followership base has binge-watched this series in one setting. It's a major shift from the traditional miss in torture and Ditsy Clutz that Japanese Otome games have going on. Like the colorful predictable plotlines of the Otome kidney, the manly leads fall in love with the heroine then too, but, unlike its traditional kidney, they've switched up the personalities of the womanish leads to garner further interest. Japanese media has lately set up that the followership does prefer a womanish lead with strong opinions and a backbone, who's no miss in torture demanding to be saved, to their surprise. They do, still, bank on the archetype of the typical ‘ pixie. ’ But she has her precedences straight and doesn’t yield on them.

 Spoilers Ahead

‘ Romantic Killer ’ Season 1 Plotline – What Is The Series About?

Anzu, the main promoter of the series, meets a quirky wizard who goes by the name of Riri. Riri is assigned to Anzu to make sure she finds her true love among the implicit fellows. Riri makes Anzu give up three of her favorite effects games, chocolate, and her cat Mimihiko, to convert her to share in this game of love. Mimihiko is whisked down abroad by her recently promoted family as Anzu is left behind to get the plot going. She meets Kazuki, Junta, and Hijiri due to Riri’s capers and makes new musketeers in the process. She goes on to help Kazuki out and officially recruits him to join the crusade of suitors. Junta turns out to be her long- misplaced nonage friend, whom she had forgotten, and she's reunited with him. Hijiri goes through a subtle personality change and becomes further down-to-earth than he was ahead. Riri changes her identity to Rio to come to another love interest for Anzu. It’s a chaotic plotline.

What happens To Kazuki? Why Did He Live Alone?

Kazuki had a traumatic experience that redounded in him living alone were nothing knew him. He was a cheerful boy who had just helped the wrong person out of kindness. The person also latched on to him and destroyed his particular academic life. He was also cured and assaulted by the person. It didn’t help that his father criticized him rather than the snooper and continuously berated him for a commodity that was out of his control. This left him traumatized, and he had to switch seminaries as well as sections. He was left with a misprision for crowded areas and felt claustrophobic whenever a girl approached him because of his aesthetics. After meeting Anzu, effects eventually began to look up for Kazuki. He could eventually deal with his fear of women and crowded spaces due to a friend like her.

‘ Romantic Killer ’ Season 1 Ending Explained – What happed To Riri?

The snooper had ever gotten the new address of Kazuki, and she arrived at Anzu’s house, where Kazuki had taken a temporary retreat, too to dampen the poor boy. She nearly killed Anzu because Kazuki kept hanging out with her, and she'd have harmed her worse if Anzu’s musketeers hadn't reached the police on time. The snooper was also arrested and jugged with little to no guilt. The incident left Kazuki lamenting for helping her. But because Anzu was hurt poorly, Hijiri and Riri stepped in to help with the situation. Hijiri used her connections to deal a continuing discipline to the snooper, and Riri used their magic to wipe out the recollections she had had of Kazuki and his musketeers and family. She was also transferred to a psych sanitarium because she ended up forgetting everything due to Riri. This communicated a discipline on Riri from their company. They were transferred to the basement to slave off for life. still, after Anzu discovers the reason behind Riri’s exposure from Kate, another wizard, she insists on making them a love interest as well. This way, Rio( the manly form of Riri) could continue to stay on and enjoy his life among his musketeers.

Will There Be A ‘ Romantic Killer ’ Season 2?

At the end of “ Romantic Killer ” Season 1, Kate, another wizard like Riri, is seen leaving the sanitarium where a person analogous to the snooper is sitting. She could veritably well be the snooper herself, and Kate has to find love for her because that’s her job and life moves on. still, “ Romantic Killer ” Season 2 might just continue with the premise of Anzu’s love life because we all want to know whom she ends up with. There’s a high chance she’ll end up with Kazuki because he just gives off that vibe, was an early player in the game, and has had further moments with Anzu than the rest. Junta will end up as the alternate manly lead, leaving the followership with the alternate-lead pattern. Hijiri, too, will presumably come as just a supporting character along with Riri. There surely will be an alternate season, and there’s always the manga if anybody wants to spoil it for themselves.

 Final Words

“ Romantic Killer ” is unconcerned and has a sense of reality as well. The incident that Kazuki faced with the snooper is a commodity a lot of people face in real life. Although it's more common with women, it's inversely concerning when men face it too. It's also the verity that when men face it, it’s brushed under the hairpiece and isn't given similar significance. Although every gender is generally criticized for the incident that they had no control over inversely. In Korea, stalkerish geste and people who partake in it are generally known as Sasaeng suckers, and this causes anguish and trauma for the victim. Another event in the series was when Saki was defamed by an egoistic Senpai because she said no. Everybody in her class started acting out with her due to the rumors spread by the well-liked elderly. It goes to show that appearance and personality don't hide a person’s nature but do play a huge part in them getting down with the act. These acts still be in society, and generally, the ones criticized are the victims. It's enough disturbing, but reality hits harder. On a lighter note, the series does have some cringeworthy moments, but whom am I kidding? It’s amusing. It’s a delightful watch and, coming from a person who's monstrously invested in the current trend of manhwas, mangas, and manhuas inspired by this kidney, it’s enough good. Although the love part is fairly chill, the plot is delightful and amusing. The characters are sweet and relatable, so that’s an else point. I might be poisoned, but I find Anzu’s character refreshing because she loves pussycats. But yes, it’s a delightful series, and I recommend it for sure.
