‘ The Entitled ’ Ending, Explained Does Belinda Prove Her Innocence?

And it's pictures like “ The Entitled ” that make us understand why the world has started abhorring rom-com. It’s been nearly 20 times since “ What a Girl Wants ” first graced our defenses. That movie was magical because it had a licit plot, and the charm of the actors was apparent. “ The Entitled ” is just an unintentional mock of the classic that depends on veritably classist knaveries for comedy. JC De Vera, who plays Jacob, is presumably the one saving grace, but he's criminally underutilized. It would have been nice if they had at least given the movie a name they could justify with the plot. Let us see why it was so disappointing.

Final Studies What Doesn’t Work For ‘ The Entitled ’?

Actually, the movie demanded emotional depth. It noway answers why Belinda didn't grow up with her father. It doesn’t indeed show them developing a proper father-son bond. And we detest the fact that Jacob ended up with Belinda. He designedly deceived her and was ready to ruin her life and her relationship with her father. The only reason he felt shamefaced about it was that he'd fallen in love with her. What if he hadn’t? Would his heart still act up? We don’t suppose so. The pens of “ The Entitled ” left the characters so underdeveloped that it was extremely delicate to connect with them or indeed root for them. It's a veritably dated treatment of a general plot. Remaking it scene by scene from the source material would have been a far better choice. Because right now, it doesn’t have a single redeeming quality indeed. We'll skip this and just watch “ What a Girl Wants. ” That at least knows the answer it set out to find.

“ The Entitled ” is a 2022 Romantic Drama film directed by Theodore Boborol.
