Wu Cutthroats was a civic action series with both supernatural and crime rudiments, while Fistful of Vengeance has a more audacious tone. The coming chapter of the Wu Assassins franchise can fluently borrow either one, along with continuing to explore the history of the Wu Homicide lineage. The ballot also fits right into the tone in the tone of Indiana Jones established by Fistful of Vengeance, so it seems likely that it will continue in that direction. Kai's comment that he will be facing a mage coming demonstrates that the Wu Homicide is assigned with battling numerous adversaries piecemeal from the Wu Warlords of the show and Pan Gu in Fistful of Vengeance. Wherever Kai's story takes him next, he will have musketeers both old and new on his platoon as the Wu Cutthroats ballot continues on from Fistful of Vengeance.
