This film is about the return of Bucky, Cap’s old friend. After he falls off the train (in the first Captain America film), he’s captured by Hydra and is brainwashed, and is given instructions to take downS.H.I.E.L.D. We also learn thatS.H.I.E.L.D has been sneaked by Hydra right from its commencement. The present superintendent inS.H.I.E.L.D who's a Hydra operative is Alexander Pierce. Hydra is using threeS.H.I.E.L.D helicarriers to prognosticate implicit pitfalls to Hydra and plans to exclude them. Nick, Natasha, Captain America, and Falcon (Sam Wilson) join forces to stop Hydra and the Winter Soldier.
Cap is suitable to use electronic chips to stamp all the helicarriers. He fights Bucky but doesn’t want to kill him. The override causes the helicarriers to fire at each other, and they crash. Cap falls into the swash below. Bucky pulls Cap out of the swash before running into the forestland, indicating that the Hydra mind-control-is wearing off.
The Winter Soldier Post-Credits Scene
The Sceptre, which is withS.H.I.E.L.D, has been uprooted by Baron Wolfgang von Strucker who's a Hydra agent. This is a result ofS.H.I.E.L.D being sneaked by Hydra. The Sceptre’s powers have been used to produce mutants for Hydra’s operation – Peter (with super speed) and Wanda (with telekinesis).
